Modern Service Apartment Design

This is a Design Square project for a Service Apartment, emphasizing a design for an apartment building that can be used flexibly and rented. The project was completed successfully on 22 February, 2024 in Biratnagar with a surface area of 2300 sq ft. The design focuses on effective space management and a friendly atmosphere that would fit short-term and long-term comfort.

The apartments and common areas have been well designed to make the most of natural light, easy flow, and practicality. The interior finishes, material choices, and furniture layout were well coordinated to create a harmonious environment that is both attractive and functional. The design will make sure that the residents feel comfortable and convenient without losing the modern and aesthetically appealing environment.
