Commercial + Residential Design Solutions in Nepal

This Design Square Commercial Cum Apartment project represents a mixed-use building that is carefully planned and implemented to incorporate both commercial and residential comfort in a single building. The project, which has a surface area of 2,300  sq ft, was completed on March 23, 2023, in Sanepa. 

The design focuses on the prudent planning that favors both business areas and residential units in a unified architectural and interior structure. All spaces, retail and office, residential units are planned to be as usable as much as possible, with circulation and natural lighting, and aesthetically be as one. 

The choice of materials, finishes, and interior detailing was well synchronized to develop a practical but luxurious interior that is efficient for both commercial and residential requirements.
